An critical care unit (CCU), also known as an intensive therapy unit or intensive treatment unit (ITU) or intensive care unit (ICU) is a special department of a hospital or health care facility that provides intensive care medicine.

Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE; pronounced 'sib-see') is an international professional engineering association that represents building services engineers.
